Owen loves Halloween!

October was a great month for us. Owen has been waiting for Halloween since before summer began. It is his favorite holiday since last year he remembered how fun it was to get lots of CANDY! from anyone he said those magic words to, "Trick or Treat!" The month got off to a great start with a Pumpkin patch field trip where he got to ride on a bus then he got to pick his own pumpkin from the patch. They also had a petting zoo with a haunted maze that he loved and went into at least 15 times.

Dad was there when Owen got off the bus and Owen was extremely happy that he had his Dad and Mom there to help him select a great Pumpkin for Halloween and it was a blast for Owen when Dad rode on the tractor pull with him.

Sorry this Blog is soooo... late! We hope to make it up to you all with subsequent Blogs.

This Blog is a quick catch-up on the past year. Of course we are missing many other very important events, but this is all we could think of now.

Oliver was born with a bunch of dark brown hair, and it never stopped growing! He has had a least 6 to 7 haircuts in his first year of life.

Baby Oliver arrived with a present for Owen. How thoughtful of him! It was a floor dinosaur puzzle that he played with a lot.

Deven graduated from Sacramento State with a Master's degree in Spanish and we were all very proud of him!

Owen really loves Oliver and is always trying to make him laugh which Oliver gladly does. He also loves to pick up Oliver and carry him around. No accidents yet.

Owen and Oliver love to play together in the bathtub. Of course mommy and daddy still can't get over Oliver's hair.

Our newest craze: Fishtanks, freshwater to be exact.

This tank is the second one we have in the house. The first one is in Owen's room and is a 10 gallon one. This one is 15 gallons and was very much thought out.

Yep we are really into this. Sara really wants a Salt Water fishtank, maybe one day.

Owen loves to make crafts with daddy and he loves halloween. So it was no surprise when he asked daddy to make a "witch craft." Yep he put both words together just like that! We might need to go see our bishop now for practicing this. Deven cut this witch out freehand and Owen glued the parts on. Pretty impressive huh?
